To achieve results, consistent use for at least 3–4 months is recommended. A complete kit with shampoo, conditioner, and serum will last differently depending on usage:

Shampoo and conditioner: Usually lasts 1.5 to 2 months with regular use 2–3 times per week.

Serum: Used once daily on dry or slightly damp hair, massaged into the scalp where you want to boost growth. One bottle lasts about 1 month, so you’ll need 3–4 bottles for the full period
