These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by Under Your Skin.

Depending on your location, your contract is with one of the following entities:

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf.

2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
A binding agreement is formed when your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or resale activity.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required.

We accept payment through available providers including card payments, Klarna, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability may vary by region).

Payment is charged at checkout for initial purchases.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via UPS or other designated carriers.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to the customer when the order is handed to the carrier.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

EU/EEA Consumers (Statutory Right)

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Customer pays return shipping

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Voluntary Extended Return Policy (All Customers)

In addition to the legal withdrawal right, we offer a 30-day return window from delivery.

Used products cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

We offer subscription purchases through Recharge.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the selected frequency (30, 60, 90 days, or 6 months)

  • Payment is charged at checkout for the first order

  • Future renewals are automatically charged on the renewal date before shipment

  • You will receive a reminder email approximately 3 days before renewal

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by:

  • Logging into your account portal, or

  • Using the link in the renewal reminder email

Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the next billing date to prevent the charge.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COSMETIC DISCLAIMER

Our products are cosmetic products intended to improve the appearance and feel of skin and hair. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual results may vary.

Customers should review ingredient lists and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Information provided on this website is not medical advice.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is owned by Under Your Skin and may not be used without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Under Your Skin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

10. DISPUTES – UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS ONLY

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, rather than in court, except for small claims matters.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. GOVERNING LAW

US customers: Delaware law applies.
EU customers: Swedish law applies, and mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
